Hospitality Insurance
Catering Insurance
Caterers work in other people's venues, on other people's schedules, with food that has to arrive safe. That puts different pressure on your insurance than a restaurant with one kitchen. This page covers caterers.

An example
A caterer's van is broken into while parked at an event venue, and the cooking equipment and stock inside are stolen. Goods in transit and equipment cover may respond, if the policy includes theft from vehicles and the van was secured as required. If the van was left unlocked, or theft from vehicles is excluded, the caterer pays.
Illustrative example only. Cover depends on your policy wording.
