Which ones do you need?
It depends on what you do. A cafe will want public liability and workers' compensation first. A consultant will want professional indemnity. A manufacturer will want product and public liability.
Case study
An example
A small engineering firm designs and supplies a custom machine part. The part fails and damages a customer's production line. The customer claims against the firm. Product liability may respond to the property damage, and professional indemnity may respond to the design side, depending on the policy.
Illustrative example only. Cover depends on your policy wording.
